Pastor Wilcher begin pasturing Mound Baptist Church of Oldfield Missouri in 1974 while attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield Missouri. After graduating from college in 1975 Pastor Wilcher was called from Mound Baptist to Hillview Baptist Church Dickson Tennessee in 1977.

After twenty years of serving as Pastor at Hillview Baptist Church in Tennessee Pastor Wilcher was called to Carpenter’s House Baptist Church of Germantown Ohio in February 1998.

Rev. Tom Farrier is also a 1975 graduate of Baptist Bible College of Springfield Missouri. Prior to his graduation he became Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in West Plains Missouri in 1975. During the next twelve years the Church moved and built a new building and became known as the Southern Hills Baptist Church of West Plains Missouri. In 1987 after twelve years at Southern Hills, God called Pastor Farrier to Central Baptist Church of Piqua Ohio and he remained there as Pastor for twenty-one years.

In July of 2008 Pastor Farrier came on staff here at Carpenter’s House Baptist Church as Our Minister of Visitation and he teaches our weekly Soul Winning Class each Sunday.
